Clients who partner with devinit.in for MVP, website, or product development will receive specific usage licenses (e.g. perpetual, royalty-free, exclusive intellectual property assignments) tailored to their product needs as detailed in their respective written Service Agreements. Those custom contracts will govern all post-delivery code permissions and intellectual property rights.
